For the average untrained adult, POWER drops below the functional floor (mobility limitation) at about 80 — men ~79, women ~80. Strength reaches it years later; mass effectively never. Show one component on its own to reveal the spread across people: the bottom 10% reach the floor in their early 70s, the top 10% hold into their late 80s.
